How does Online Therapy & Counselling in Ontario Work?
Our counselling services are offered virtually. Sessions are done remotely by using Nous Talk telecommunications system. This allows for video conferencing. Clients only need to have a high-speed internet connection for this platform to work. There is also an option for telephone-based therapy a client prefers.
How do I know if virtual therapy is right for me?
Many people prefer online therapy because:
It allows clients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own home
Does not require a commute time
Allows clients in remote areas of the province to access our services where in person therapy may be limited
